The agreement, in plain terms.

VendLead is a directory. It shares details about locations that may be open to vending placement — the environment, audience, equipment, access notes, economics, and distance from your home base — so operators can judge fit before spending time on a lead.

VendLead is not a party to any agreement you reach with a location. We do not broker, guarantee, or supervise placements. What happens after an introduction is between you and that business.

• You must give accurate information and keep it current.
• You are responsible for your credentials and for activity under your account.
• One account per person or business. Do not share access or resell it.
• You must be able to enter a binding contract in your jurisdiction.

Purchasing access to an opportunity gives you, for that one listing:

• Any location contact fields supplied and authorized for the purchased record.
• Any private documents supplied and attached to that listing.

It does not give you:

• Exclusive vending rights at the location. An Exclusive listing means one buyer may claim VendLead access; it does not guarantee exclusive vending rights at the location.
• Any promise of a contract, revenue, or placement. Estimated figures on a listing are illustrative planning inputs, not forecasts.
• A verified guarantee. Where a listing shows a verification flag, that describes the record — it is not a warranty about the business, its willingness to sign, or its suitability.

Individual unlocks are one-time payments. If Operator Pro is offered on your billing page, it is a recurring subscription that renews until cancelled; you can cancel any time from the billing portal in your profile, and access continues to the end of the paid period.

Unlocking opens the protected listing record immediately; any supplied contact fields appear only when access is authorized. Those purchases are generally final. If something is genuinely wrong — a listing was inaccurate, duplicated, or the supplied details did not work — contact us and we will review it individually and may correct the record or issue a refund where appropriate.

Prices are shown before any tax. Where we are required to collect tax on a purchase, checkout shows it as its own line before you pay; otherwise you are responsible for any taxes that apply to you. Prices can change, but never for a period you have already paid for.

Contact details in this directory must be treated with care and used responsibly:

• Do not scrape, bulk-export, resell, or redistribute listing or contact data.
• Use contact details to discuss a genuine vending placement — not for unrelated marketing, list-building, or spam.
• Do not attempt to reach data you have not been granted access to, or interfere with the service's operation.
• Do not misrepresent who you are or who you represent when contacting a location.

We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules, without refund where the breach is serious.

When you submit a location, you confirm you are authorised to share its details and that what you provide is accurate to the best of your knowledge. You keep ownership of what you submit and grant us permission to publish it in the directory. You can ask for a listing to be withdrawn at any time.

We aim to keep VendLead running reliably, but it is provided as-is. We do not promise uninterrupted availability, and we may change or discontinue features. Where a change materially reduces what you have paid for, we will tell you.

To the extent the law allows, VendLead is not liable for indirect or consequential losses — including lost profits or lost business — arising from use of the directory or from any relationship you form through it. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

You can ask support to close your account. Access to the directory and previously unlocked contact details ends when closure is processed. Purchase, payment, and audit records may be retained where accounting, disputes, fraud prevention, or security obligations require them. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms or is used unlawfully.

We will update the date at the top of this page when these terms change materially, and continued use after that means you accept the revision. Our privacy policy explains how we handle your data.
